Started from its humble beginnings way back in the 60’s as a small clinic by the late Dr. Jose Javelosa Sr. a physician surgeon and a Medico-Legal Officer in Dumangas and later in Leganes from 1957 to 1962 Iloilo, Western Visayas. After 50 years,the increase in population in the local community had demanded an increasing need for an affordable and accessible Primary Health Care Services in the area. So,in combined efforts of the family headed by Dr. Judel D. Javelosa, et al. the clinic had expanded from 2 beds capacity infirmary clinic to a Primary Hospital with 80* beds capacity by category of the new DOH standards.
