On January 18,1996, the groundbreaking of the building of Premiere General Hospital of Nueva Ecija, Inc took place.  Enthusiasm was displayed by each and everyone present.  Brainstorming became a regular agenda during meetings held almost weekly at the residence of Dr Reynaldo Yang. Everyone contributed his time, knowledge and expertise in the planning of the building.  Conrado Yang, “Kuyang Boy” to family and friends supervised the construction of the modestly built but very functional and efficient edifice.  Shortly after the completion of the hospital building in October 1996, medical equipment and hospital furniture purchased in the United States started arriving.  It was a dizzying experience when it was time to unload and open the crates containing the equipment and furniture.  Being neophytes in setting up of hospital equipment, everyone is running out of good ideas but because of cooperation and harmony everything turned out just fine.
